The Brookwood High School Girls Track and Field program is part of the school’s larger Tradition of Excellence, which includes a history of high-level performance dating back to the program’s origination in 1982. The program has won six state championships, numerous region and county championships, and multiple individual state champions.

We take pride in having one of the largest girls track and field teams in the state, if not the country, with more than 200 athletes on the team for the 2019 season. In a highly competitive county, Brookwood has won eight straight region championships, has won the prestigious Gwinnett County Championships five of the last 10 seasons, and has sent numerous athletes on to compete at the collegiate level in track and field.
Brookwood Girls Track and Field once again raises a Region Championship first-place trophy. Pictured are some of the 2018-19 athletes and coaches who made it possible.
Our 2020 coaching staff has more than 200 years of coaching experience combined, and our program strives to provide an athletic foundation coupled with academic success.
